Cobourg's historic lakefront town anchors dance in Northumberland County, where studios in Cobourg, Port Hope, Colborne and Campbellford keep a steady tradition of youth ballet, jazz, tap and acro, with recitals that draw families from across the county. For a wider choice of studios, adult classes and competitive streams, the nearest larger scenes are Durham Region (Oshawa is under an hour west) and Peterborough — see more on our Durham Region dance schools and Ontario pages. Wedance ships dance shoes and dancewear across eastern Ontario.
