The details

  • Credit is earned on the product subtotal after discounts. Shipping, taxes and gift cards don’t earn credit.
  • Store credit expires 12 months after the order that earned it.
  • If an order is refunded, the credit it earned is removed.
  • Credit is issued in the currency you paid in.
  • Sign in with a quick code sent to your email — that’s how you see and spend your balance.
  • Always use the same email address — your credit is tied to it. Shopping in-store? Just give us that email with your order.
