Yarmouth is the hub of dance in southwest Nova Scotia, where studios along the coast — through Digby, Shelburne and Liverpool — sustain a community tradition of youth ballet, tap, jazz and acro, with recitals that bring the whole region together. For a wider selection of studios, adult classes and competitive programs, the nearest larger scene is Halifax, about three hours east — see more across the province on our Nova Scotia dance schools page. Wedance ships dance shoes and dancewear across the Maritimes.
