The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Before making the trip, I exchanged several messages to make sure they had what we needed, and she was so accommodating that we felt confident coming in. Once we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, personal, and stress-free. You can tell the owners truly care about their customers. We felt so comfortable that we actually wanted to keep shopping! The quality looks very promising as well — the shoes are well-made and stitched rather than simply glued, which should help them last through many dance practices.
