Dance Shoes & Dancewear in Canada

Wedance is Canada's specialist shop for dance shoes — ballroom, Latin, salsa, bachata and Argentine tango — with professional heels, men's and kids' styles, and comfortable practice shoes. We stock trusted brands including AIDA, International Dance Shoes, Freed of London, BD Dance, Candy, Rosso Latino, Zym, Primabella, Primavera, Aery Jo, Starbody and more.

We're a women-owned retailer with showrooms in Ottawa and Montréal, fitting dancers in person every week — so our size and width advice comes from hands-on experience, not a catalogue. Book a fitting below, or shop online with fast shipping across Canada and worldwide.

A real lifesaver before the competition! A huge thank you to Wedance for their incredible responsiveness. Our shoes broke the night before the competition, and they quickly helped us solve the problem at the most critical moment. We were able to get on the dance floor and perform successfully! If you need high-quality dance shoes and service that won't let you down, even at night, this is the place for you!!! I highly recommend them. 👍🔥

We had a wonderful experience shopping here today! My son and I came in looking for dance pants, and we ended up purchasing not only the pants but also two pairs of dance shoes (Latin and Standard). The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Before making the trip, I exchanged several messages to make sure they had what we needed, and she was so accommodating that we felt confident coming in. Once we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, personal, and stress-free. You can tell the owners truly care about their customers. We felt so comfortable that we actually wanted to keep shopping! The quality looks very promising as well — the shoes are well-made and stitched rather than simply glued, which should help them last through many dance practices. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for dancewear and dance shoes. Friendly service, a great selection, and a genuinely pleasant experience.
